South Georgia Review
Gordon made the most of a bad night by rallying to
finish 11th. It was a far cry from his dominating
performance at SGMP last year, but his 11th-place finish
keeps him within 34 points of breaking into the top five
in points.
USA Int’l Preview
USA Int’l hasn’t been Gordon’s best track over the years. His best
run came during his 2005 championship season when he finished
fourth. For the first time in his career, Gordon is mathematically
eliminated from the championship battle before the final race. The
only thing that could ease his pain is a win, but a top-three is
more likely.
Best Finish at USA Int’l: 4th (11/26/05)
Starts at USA Int’l: 6
